Our handcrafted focaccia is prepared with our signature biga. You may choose from several amazing flavors: fresh rosemary or a sweet combination of brown sugar and cinnamon. Or try an Onion focaccia for your favorite meals instead of an onion bun! Each loaf is baked to perfection using our premium extra-virgin olive oil, infused with the irresistible flavors of garlic, thyme, and rosemary.

Every item is made in small batches to ensure exceptional quality and authenticity. Pre-payment secures your order and guarantees your place in that week’s bake. Place your order on the website between Saturday and Wednesday to pick up on Friday!
